Possible Mixed-Use Development Proposed In Hollywood

Placeholder

Plans were filed last week with the city to build a proposed 23-story building at 6100 Hollywood Blvd near the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood.

The site is currently a parking lot.

Around 220 units with 4,850 SF of retail and a restaurant on the ground floor are listed on the application, according to Curbed.

The plans by Dale Smith, the applicant, would include on-site parking, but still require an EIR.
