Mixed-Use Project May Be Coming To Koreatown

A new mixed-use development may be built on the site of what is now a one-story retail shopping center in south Koreatown.

CBS Property Group submitted plans to the city Monday.

They include building 252 residential units at 3170 West Olympic Blvd, above 33,280 SF of retail on the ground floor, Urbanize LA reports. There would be parking underground.

Forty apartments would be set aside for low-income housing.

Jamison Services broke ground in March nearby on a seven-story project at 3060 West Olympic Blvd and filed plans earlier this year to build another mixed-use project in Koreatown at 3545 Wilshire Blvd. [ULA]
