Proposed Laurel Plaza Revamp On Deck

Placeholder

The Laurel Plaza shopping center at 6150 Laurel Canyon Blvd may soon be transformed into a mixed-use complex known as NoHo West.

The project, being developed by a JV between Merlone Geier Partners and Goldstein Planting Investments, would consist of 742 residential units, approximately 500k SF of office space in what is now a Macy's department store, and ground-level shops and restaurants on the 25-acre site.

Altoon Partners is designing the development, according to Urbanize LA.

There would also be around 190k SF of commercial space, including a movie theater, a gym and a grocery store.

No date has been announced for the project. [ULA]
