Angel's Knoll Site In Need Of Development, City Says

Placeholder

City officials are looking for developers to build on Bunker Hill Parcel Y-1, the Angel's Knoll site now known as Angel's Landing.

The property, at the corner of 4th and Hill streets in DTLA, takes up 2.26 acres.

As part of the marketing materials from JLL, ideas for the site include a multifamily project, a hotel or commercial space, Urbanize LA reports.

The site allows for nearly 1.3M SF of development and a building with no height restrictions. The area was previously a park.

The city wants a mixed-use development built on the property that would also include Angel's Flight, the adjacent railway that hasn't operated in nearly four years.

The property must be sold for fair market value, according to state law.

That price was around more than $20M as of two years ago. [ULA]
