Roy Reel, Harley Ellis Devereaux’s legendary business development guru, has been busy answering the phone recently.
Bisnow recently caught up with Roy, who tells us since December, he has been brought in on new opportunities for high-rise residential projects of 32, 34, 43-66 and 51 stories.
Roy says he has been so busy fielding developer phone calls, he can barely find time to write down their information.
HED is working on six new residential towers of 35, 40, 46 and 56 stories in DTLA and Century City.
