The 10-story, $350M Federal Courthouse in DTLA has been unveiled.

At the corner of 1st Street and Broadway, the courthouse has 24 courtrooms and 32 judicial chambers.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the courthouse to appear as if it's a cube hovering above a stone foundation, Urbanize LA reports.

The design includes sustainable elements in the hope of gaining future LEED Platinum certification.

Some federal agencies are tenants in the building. It also houses the US District Court, the US Marshals Services, the US General Services Administration and the US Attorney's Office. [ULA]
