Nominations Open: Tell Us About UK Real Estate's Future Female Leaders

For the past seven years, Bisnow has produced an annual list of female real estate professionals doing brilliant things in the sector to celebrate the diverse range of talent within UK property.

We're gearing up for our 2025 list, and this time, it will focus on a potential roadblock for women in the industry — the move from middle and upper management into the boardroom. 

Our second list in 2019 highlighted the women just below the C-suite, those poised to take over senior leadership at real estate firms across every sector. This year, we'll be looking back to see where some of those women are today and singling out the leaders of the future. 

We are specifically looking for women on the cusp of senior leadership roles, running divisions or managing teams at firms large or small.  They can come from any sector of commercial real estate. There are only three nomination rules:

• Nominees have to be active in the UK market.
• Nominators cannot put forward someone from their own company.
• We need to know why this person deserves a spot on the list.

Also, look for the annual Women Leading Real Estate event on 6 November. The event is attended by more than 500 people each year and offers a great lineup of speakers as well as meaningful networking opportunities.
