Hammerson And Standard Life Investments Reveal Plans For £1.4B Brent Cross Regen Project

Hammerson and Standard Life Investments will pour £1.4B into redeveloping their Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The project is part of the larger £4.5B regeneration plan for Brent Cross and Cricklewood.

The 40-year-old shopping centre will be transformed to include 200 retail brands, 40 new restaurants, a cinema complex and a hotel. A new town square will be a hub for meeting and socializing. Nearly 6,700 new homes are planned, as well as an enlarged and relocated bus station.
