London & Oriental Signs 2 New Leases Before Completion
London & Oriental signed two new leases at its 2 Idol Lane project in London EC3.
Recruitment consultant Blayze Group signed a 10-year lease for nearly 3k SF on the first floor, for £61.50/SF. On the fourth floor, independent fund management company DIF signed for 2.6k SF for five years, costing £66/SF.
Blayze Group is relocating from St. James, while DIF is relocating from the Gherkin.
2 Idol Lane is undergoing an extensive refurb and upon completion will have 13k SF of Class-A space over five floors.
