Cult Wine, a wine investment fund, is the first tenant to sign on at Hammersmith Realty and Stone Real Estate’s recently completed Clockwork Building development in Ravenscourt, West London. Cult Wine inked 4,500 SF on the fifth floor of the 42k SF office building. The tenants are paying £55/SF on a 10-year lease.

Joint letting agents Savills and Frost Meadowcroft advised the owners and Smith Price represented Cult Wine.

The Richard Seifert-designed Clockwork Building is named after the International Time Recording Co, which was once based at the 45 Beavor Lane site.

The original building was acquired in August 2015 and has been transformed into high specification office with a 3k SF communal roof terrace with panoramic views of the River Thames and London’s skyline.

The building has been stripped back to expose the original high vaulted coffered-concrete ceilings with new lifts, new windows, new services throughout and new contemporary lighting and timber flooring.

There are electric car charging points and cycle storage with showers available on every floor.
