Aliana Lands New H-E-B

One of the fastest-growing master planned communities in Fort Bend, Aliana, will soon welcome a new H-E-B. JLL SVP Simmi Jaggi and VP Elizabeth Clampitt led the team that sold the 15-acre tract at SH 99 and Harlem Road on behalf of Aliana. Construction has already commenced on the new 102k SF upscale H-E-B.

The retail market in Houston is hot as retailers play catch-up with Houston's strong population growth in the last few years. As one of the most competitive grocery markets in the country, much of the action is focused around the grocery wars between Walmart, H-E-B, Kroger, Fiesta and Randall's. H-E-B's development has drawn significant interest from retailers seeking to tap into Aliana's robust growth.
