Massive Multifamily Property Broken into Two

Placeholder

The major 2,470-unit Broadway Square property (which just sold) has been separated into two communities--the 1,039-unit Vista Verde and 1,431-unit Alta Verde. Vista Verde is launching a $2M renovation, and brought on Monument Real Estate Services to manage the property. MRES now manages 12k units, including 10 properties in Houston, and president Stuart Zook says it’s focused on growing its portfolio with assets in markets with a growing job sector and growing Hispanic populations with deep inventories of workforce housing. (Vista Verde fit all those requirements.)
