The 28-building portfolio includes business parks, manufacturing facilities and last-mile distribution centers along the Interstate 610 Loop in Northwest, Southeast and West Houston, according to a press release.

Bleecker Partners is an urban infill real estate-focused investment firm with offices in Dallas and Houston. It has acquired more than 7M SF of industrial real estate in Texas since 2022, according to its LinkedIn, and now owns and operates 40 buildings in Houston.

The firm is looking to capitalize on tailwinds in Houston's industrial market, including nearshoring activity, energy transition supply chains and population-driven distribution demand.

The seller of the Houston portfolio, an established Houston family with generational ties to the portfolio, was represented by Eastdil Secured.

Bleecker Partners also acquired a 1.3M SF, 15-building industrial portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in November, CoStar News reported.
