More Industrial!

Houston Industrial

We just can’t get enough lately of all these industrial groundbreakings. Clay Development just started a 120k SF multi-crane-served BTS in Kennedy Greens Business Park, which will serve as the HQ for Zimmermann & Jansen and Remosa (IMI Service Service businesses). Here are Clay’s Charlie Christ, IMI’s Jeff Langston, Z&J’s Daniele Cecchelli, Clay’s Rex Massey, Z&J’s Steve Smith, and NAI Houston’s Travis Land, and Michael Keegan at the groundbreaking. (You break it, you better have already bought it.)

The facility, rendered here, nearly doubles the firms’ footprint in Houston. Charlie handled lease terms for Clay, which owns 150-acre Kennedy Greens Business Park. Travis and Michael repped the tenant. The BTS will deliver this summer.
