This Week's Houston Deal Sheet

What a week it has been for Houston. With devastating flooding still affecting much of the region, most Houstonians are simply trying to stay high and dry. But before Harvey, deal-makers still managed to get business done. Life goes on after the storm, and so does the Deal Sheet.

Lee & Associates' Mike Spears and Robert Noack represented Atec Properties in the sale of a 30K SF industrial building in Centralcrest Business Park, at 6016 Centralcrest St. in Houston. Carlos Garcia of Carlos Garcia Realty represented the buyer, Centralcrest Holding.


Colliers’ Ryan Hoopes and Tom Sutherland represented Found Club in a 14K SF lease negotiation at the historical redevelopment called Main & Co., a mixed-use development at 110 Main St. Owner Zimmerman Interests' Dan Zimmerman represented himself.


NAI’s Jason Gaines and Shaffer Braun represented SSS Pearland Property in leasing 3K SF to Fire Stone Pizza at Kirby Commons, 11609 West Broadway in Pearland.


JLL’s David Buescher and Jeff Venghaus represented INOVA Geophysical in leasing 38K SF at 12200 Parc Crest in Stafford. The Welcome Group’s Ryan Wasaff represented the landlord.


NAI’s Dan Boyles and Mike Mannella represented Encore Search Partners in a 5,300 SF office lease at 14511 Old Katy Road in Houston.


Beltway Lakes III

Radler Enterprises appointed Colvill Office Properties as its exclusive listing agent at Beltway Lakes III, at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 249. Colvill’s Brad Beasley and Cameron Colvill will lead the leasing effort.


Cambridge Properties has selected NAI Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for 7501 Fannin in the Texas Medical Center. NAI’s Zach Leger and Jacob Aldridge will lead the leasing team.


Aramco Services Co. selected Lee & Associates as the exclusive leasing agent of 9009 West Loop South, a 419K SF office in Bellaire. Lee Jeane and Chris Lewis will lead the effort.
