Houston won the Membership Development Award.   • The Circle at Herman Park: Best Community, five to 20 years old, more than 150 units
  • Spring Brook Lofts: Best Community, 20+ years old, up to 150 units

Marcus & Millichap’s Gus Lago completed the sale of land off Highway 90 in Sugar Land. The asset had a list price of $1.2M

Simply Self Storage purchased Access Self Storage at 650 Bay Area Blvd. JLL's Steve Mellon and Brian Somoza executed the deal on behalf of the seller.

16430 Park Ten Place (above) has been sold. The deal was brokered by Ryan Bishop and Mat Volz of Stream. The Energy Corridor office building offers over 110k SF of rentable office space.

4.33 acres were purchased on Main Street in Katy. Retail Solutions' Sam Affanhe, Lyle Cowand and Martin Turner repped the buyer.

Northwinds Commercial Realty's Dylan Schopper completed the $8.4M land sale of 15.6 acres on Aldine Meadows in Houston to Aldine ISD.
