One of Houston's architecture firms has launched a new business, hoping to tap into the Bayou City's robust office build-out market.

Method Architecture, known for its work with Houston's craft brewers, hired Nicole Cadenhead to launch a new corporate interiors division.

Cadenhead comes from Gensler, where she was an interior designer. In her career spanning more than a decade, Cadenhead has worked with Powers Brown Architecture and HarrisonKornberg Architects.

“I’m excited to be joining this energetic firm,” Cadenhead said. “I look forward to merging my expertise to incorporate interiors with Method’s ego-free approach to projects to create some great corporate spaces.”

Method Architecture has already left a significant footprint across Houston, designing popular breweries like Karbach, 8th Wonder, Buffalo Bayou, Eureka Heights, Holler Brewing and others. The expansion into corporate interiors comes as part of Method Architecture’s five-year growth plan.

“With 51M SF of available office space in the Houston market, we see that as a real opportunity to design spaces that have unique qualities and amenities you can’t find in just any space,” Method Architecture Managing Partner Jake Donaldson said.
