Hours ago in Manhattan,550 joined us for the 4th AnnualBisnowNew York Multifamily Summit. Developers and financiers acclaimed the prospects for apartments and condos: rents going up, prices going up, and condos all over the region going up. Oh... as long as interest rates don't go up. (And now drink sizes can go up, too.)
