Smokin'

Congrats to CBRE’s Mark Reilly, the first person to win a Bisnow riddle in 2014. Yesterday we asked: A stingy man picks up cigarette butts from the ground and can make a cigarette with four butts. If he finds 16 cigarette butts, how many cigarettes can he make? The answer is five: He can make four from the original 16 butts, and then he’ll have four more butts to craft into one. Our randomly selected winner is CDA Architects’ Ray Duerer. Both gents win tickets to Bisnow’s Industrial Real Estate Summit. For those of you whose New Year’s resolution is to quit smoking, just imagine that each cigarette was crafted from four previously smoked butts. You’re welcome.
