McCord Generates Sales Excitement

McCord team

McCord Development president Ryan McCord (arms folded, being greatly admired by analyst John Frazier and director of sales and leasing John Flournoy) says the company is generating demand at Generation Park, its mammoth master-planned enterprise park, located on the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and the Sam Houston Tollway. The first major company to buy a site in the development is FMC Technologies, a Fortune 500 company that bought 173 acres--or 4.5% of the parks total area. Thats nothing to sneeze at, considering Generation Park is one-quarter the size of Manhattan. In anticipation of demand, McCord Development has added more acreage to the project, which now measures in at over 3,924 acres. A number of transactions are in the pipeline (many high-end users), and the news of FMC coming on board will open the gates for a buyer invasion. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
