Liberty Property Trust will break ground on a 181k SF industrial facility in Central Green Business Park this Friday. But if you're looking for space, you're outta luck. It's spoken for. (As Beyonce reminded us: If you liked that, you should'a put a lease on it.)

GAC

Liberty is building the cross-dock facility as a BTS for GAC Energy & Marine Services, which will lease the entire building. Liberty city manager Jay Kraft (who emailed us from his ski trip in Colorado) says the property will have 30k SF of office space and will deliver in July. (Make it by the 4th and they can say that it has been freed from the despotic tyranny of construction and finance.) It has a Foreign Trade Zone designation and will feature three acres of outside storage. The building, at 16200 Central Green Blvd, will be LEED certified. Seeberger & Associates, Ward, Getz & Associates, and Cadence McShane round out the design team. Derrick Jones and Bob Bandos negotiated the lease with GAC.
