Matteson and Justin repped the landlord and NAI Houston's Chris Kugle repped the landlord. Matteson also teamed up with Jeremy Lumbreras to ink 40k SF with R Stahl in Freeport Business Park. Jackson & Cooksey's Reggie Beavan and Sheryl Crutchfield repped the tenant.

Doyle Toups joined Moody Rambin as SVP for its investment services group. He has 37 years of experience in CRE and specializes in port-related industry and real estate. He has sold or leased 20M SF of industrial properties in his career.

Cresa Houston hired Troy Malish as a principal and Reed Crabb as an advisor/office tenant rep. Troy has 20 years of project management experience and will lead Cresa's project management efforts.

SALES

An undisclosed buyer purchased the Devon Professional Building, a 27k SF retail/professional building at 17300 El Camino Real. Marcus & Millichap's Justin Miller repped the seller and listed the asset at $2.6M. His colleagues Eric Guerrero, Rahul Bijlani, and Michael Yu repped the buyer.

Modern Green Development purchased the 50-acre parcel in Pearland previously planned for the Waterlights District.The Finial Group's Taylor Schmidt and Neil Martin repped the seller, Amegy Bank.

Union Crossing Development purchased two industrial tracts totaling 23.8 acres in Telge Industrial Park. Cushman & Wakefield's John Littman, Kelley Parker, Coe Parker, and Tim Thomas repped the seller, Wyman Gordon Forgings. CBRE's Jeff Pittman repped the buyer.

An affiliate of Judwin Realty Group acquired the Reserve at Westwood (fka The Mills). The property is at 10225 Bissonnet and is Judwin's fifth property in southwest Houston. Judwin will renovate the asset.

Unifirst Holdings purchased 3.1 acres at 0 Roundhouse Ln from Eagle Industrial. Weingarten's Mary Jo Giammalva repped the seller and Boyd Commercial's David Munson repped the buyer.

Newby Houston purchased eight acres on Orem Drive in Hobby Business Park from FPA Pinpoint Hobby LLC. PinPoint Commercial's David Toone repped the seller and Boyd Commercials Andrew Sowell and David Boyd repped the buyer.

SRI Galveston Hospitality purchased 1.8 acres at Seawall Boulevard and Ferry Road in Galveston from Texas Capital Bank. Boyd Commercial's Andrew Sowell repped the buyer.

 

LEASES

Savanna Energy Services leased 12k SF at Research Forest Lakeside. Stream's Anthony Squillante and Jeremy Hunt repped the tenant and James Warmack repped landlord JD Warmack Woodlands LP in-house.

Colvill Office Properties executed 232k SF of renewals during Q4 at San Felipe Plaza on behalf of Thomas Properties Group. In that time, it repped the Midway Cos in 35k SF of leases at CityCentre One and Three. City Centre Three is now 78% leased.

Taylor Morrison leased 28k SF at 5353 West Sam Houston Pkwy. The Finial Group's Keith Bilski repped the tenant and Transwestern's Jude Fillipone repped the landlord.

Regus leased 16k SF in 8300 FM 1960 West, bringing the 70k SF property to 100% occupancy. CBRE's Mike Kay and Elliot Hirshfeld repped the tenant and PMRG's Marci Phillips repped landlord KBS.

Overseas Trading renewed 66k SF of warehouse space at 1800 South Street. Cushman & Wakefield's Kelley Parker, John Littman, Coe Parker, and Tim Thomas repped the landlord, Tuffli Co. NAI Houston's Brad Marnitz repped the tenant.

Artificial Lift leased 17k SF in Commerce Park Westchase. Stream's Matteson Hamilton and Jeremy Lumbreras repped the landlord and Alta CRE Services' Robert Avary repped the tenant.

Stream's Justin Robinson and Matteson Hamilton signed three leases totaling 28k SF at Plaza 290. The new tenants are SWCA, Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, and Preferred Technology (repped by Colliers, Cresa, and JLL respectively).
