Hudson & Marshall's Bid for Downtown

Hudson & Marshall owner Dave Webb tells us that his auction company is putting highly sought-after Cushman & Wakefield Downtown properties, three tracts of land near The Woodlands, and a storage warehouse in Baytown, on the auction block. C&W Houston EVP David Cook admits that auctioning properties is a first for him and his eight-person team (it was actually the seller's suggestion), and he has good expectations. Properties include a 3.1-acre tract at the north end of downtown and a 29k SF bayou beautification property site on Commerce. (You never see this kind of product on Auction Hunters.) There are more Downtown selections up for bid as well, all true to Downtown's stellar reputation for vibrancy and stability. Cook says that Houston is currently America's "fair-haired boy" as far as prime real estate. For more info on our sponsor or to do your pre-auction due diligence and to register/bid, click here.
