Clayton Greer, Vice President of the Energy Division at

Cholla Petroleum, leads interconnection projects for

cryptocurrency mining, data centers, and green

hydrogen production. With over three decades in the

Electrical Power Industry, he has worked within the

ERCOT market since 1999, contributing to both the

Zonal and Nodal Market systems. As an advocate for

Independent Power Marketers, Clayton has served on

ERCOT’s Technical Advisory Committee and multiple

subcommittees, shaping market protocols and

reliability standards. His career includes engineering

roles in Transmission Planning, Substation Design,

and Market Policy with companies like Public Service

of Oklahoma, Texas New Mexico Power, Mirant,

Constellation, J Aron, and Morgan Stanley. Clayton

holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

from the University of Tulsa, graduating with honors.

An accomplished executive, Lindsey brings together expertise in project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Lindsey led the advancement of several hundred megawatts of data center pipelines across the US and Europe, and her renewable energy development experience extends to the US, Canada and parts of South America.

Prior to joining CleanArc, Lindsey served as Vice President of Project Development at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe. At CyrusOne, she led the global Project Development team and was responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of the company’s organic data center development projects. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as CyrusOne’s Senior Corporate Counsel of Real Estate & Construction, working alongside the company’s U.S. and global site selection and construction teams in all aspects of site selection and development. Previously, Lindsey served as Senior Attorney for the Americas division of RES Group, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, where she represented the organization in various matters related to the development and construction of utility scale renewable energy projects. Lindsey began her career as an attorney in private practice focused on commercial and industrial real estate.

Lindsey holds an AB in English from Duke University, a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

With a remarkable three decades of active engagement in the cogeneration industry. Throughout his career, Dick has played a pivotal role in the installation of over 1500 Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants on a global scale, representing an impressive capacity of almost 2 GWe of power.

Dick has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation in this field. His journey has been multifaceted, starting from roles as a project manager to assuming responsibilities as a service director and, most recently, as a global cogeneration business developer.

David is an experienced public speaker and data center evangelist with over 25 years in

the IT/Data Center industry. He has held a variety of roles, from leading national product

and solution engineering teams to hosting the QTS Experience podcast.

Jason has been a critical player in the data center industry since 2007, specializing in wholesale and retail sales transactions. He joined VoltaGrid in 2023 to expand its data center business, recognizing the evolving challenges in the sector. Jason brings a deep well of industry expertise, enabling VoltaGrid to navigate the complexities of powering data centers and delivering tailored behind-the-meter solutions for both temporary and long-term energy needs.

Rob is a leading expert within the data center industry with over a decade of mission critical projects both nationally and internationally. Mr. Morris has directed more than 250 megawatts of development in North America. Previous roles include U.S. Practice Leader for Cassidy Turley’s Datacenter Solutions Group as well as Senior Associate to Cushman & Wakefield’s Datacenter Advisory Group.

An accomplished renewable energy executive, Bill has held leadership positions in energy trading and project origination at the world’s largest renewable energy developers.

Prior to joining CleanArc, Bill concentrated on wholesale energy trading as Vice President of Energy Marketing at RWE Renewables Americas. He also served as Chief Commercial Officer at LevelTen Energy, where he led efforts to aggregate corporate and institutional (“C&I”) demand and syndicate renewable energy solutions for all classes of C&I buyers. Previously, Bill served as Director of Global Commercial & Industrial Origination at First Solar. Prior to First Solar, Bill was Vice President of Development and Energy Marketing at E.ON Climate & Renewables Solar PV and led the company’s utility-scale solar development and commercial contracting efforts in North America. Before entering the renewable energy industry, Bill was a Senior Energy Trader at Xcel Energy. Bill began his career at AIG, where he was a foreign currency and interest rate derivatives trader.

At CleanArc, Bill is responsible for delivering comprehensive energy solutions CleanArc TrueAdditionality. His team sources and structures renewable energy products for CleanArc’s hyperscale data centers. Bill holds a BS in Geology from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MS in Hydrogeology from Dartmouth College.

As an Analyst on the Enverus Intelligence® | Research (EIR), Carson is the lead on AI Infrastructure and nuclear energy technologies. He was previously a commodities analyst and has additional experience advising large industrial consumers on their energy consumption. His education in economics at the University of Alberta focused on power markets.

Alan Forster, Senior Director of Sales for Musashi Energy Solutions, has broad

mission critical experience after more than three decades assisting clients

designing, building, and maintaining power and technology infrastructure. Alan

brings this expertise to help customers identify resilient, long-term, sustainable,

cost-effective energy storage options for a variety of applications from

hyperscalers to specialized data centers, high-performance AI computing,

renewables, electrified transportation, healthcare, and more. Prior to joining

Musashi Energy Solutions' new Americas operation earlier this year, Alan's

background with companies including Green Cubes Technologies, UNIPOWER,

Delta Electronics, and Active Power gives him a deep understanding of a wide

range of power technologies to best address specific user needs.

Spencer is focused on data center strategy, the structuring & negotiation of energy offtake agreements, and new market development for Jupiter Power - a leading grid-scale energy storage developer, owner, and operator within BlackRock’s Diversified Infrastructure Fund. Prior to Jupiter, Spencer was a Power Trader at Ørsted where he assisted in daily hedging and optimization of a 4,000 megawatt portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage assets in ERCOT, MISO and SPP. Spencer received a Master's in Energy & Sustainability from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering and holds Finance and History degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Mike has been a forward-thinking leader in the energy space for over 28 years covering many facets of energy solutions from power generation / CHP, electric and natural gas infrastructure, load response, energy efficiency, and LNG / CNG / RNG solutions. Experience navigating large and small utilities, developers, multinational corporations, military branches, universities, large and small companies creating innovative solutions to meet each project’s specific target and requirements. Mike is responsible for growing Jenbacher North America’s Hydrogen and Natural Gas Generator Market.

Amanda is an accomplished sustainability leader with over 18 years of experience

across a variety of high impact sectors. As the Senior Director of Sustainability for

Stream Data Centers, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies

that drive incremental improvements to the overall sustainability of operational facilities

and new developments. Her pragmatic and fun approach allows her to engage with

diverse stakeholders to develop effective and innovative solutions that address large-

scale sustainability concerns. She has been recognized as a top sustainability leader in

both the aviation and data center industries for her contributions to driving carbon

emissions reductions, sustainable development, and fostering innovation through

collaboration and engagement.

After beginning his career in the Aerospace industry performing design work and

technology transfer, Jeff applied his experience to the Oil & Gas industry with Universal Compression where he served in both business development and sales management roles.

Jeff joined MIRATECH in 2013 and has served as Division Manager for Energy Infrastructure Solutions until June 2023. Most recently, Mr. Brown has stepped into a leadership role as Vice President of GHG Reduction Solutions, focusing on MIRATECH’s Methane reduction system and catalyst development. Jeff’s strategic and product design expertise also is utilized on MIRATECH’s Tier IV compliant SCR solutions for customers operating in the Power

Generation and Oil & Gas industries. Jeff holds a Master of Architecture and MBA from the University of Houston, as well as a certification in Executive Leadership from Rice University.

Mercy’s strategic sales, business development and finance experience spans the tech industry and is rooted in the venture and start-up culture of Silicon Valley. In her current role at Aligned, Mercy is responsible for strategic account growth with the major cloud providers and hyperscale community as well as evangelizing Aligned’s resource efficiency objectives and core sustainability values within the industry and Aligned’s leadership team. In addition, Mercy provides guidance to Aligned’s CSR and diversity initiatives.Prior to Aligned, Mercy spent 12 years pioneering new IoT, wireless and AI-enabled energy efficiency technologies for mission-critical, colocation and commercial real estate portfolios across North America, Europe and Asia. She currently serves as a Leader for IM Women, an industry group dedicated to increasing the number of women in technical infrastructure, and is an active Board Member for Natural Resources, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in San Francisco, CA.

Mercy began her career in technology investment banking with Deutsche Bank. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Delvina is a visionary executive with a proven track record of driving impactful change in the transitional energy space. With a foundation in engineering, Delvina has

successfully steered multiple companies from the startup phase to industry-leading operators.

As a co-leader of Siren Energy, Delvina didn’t just help build a company—she led it to remarkable success, growing it from zero to a $78M acquisition in just 24 months. Her leadership in deploying cutting-edge CNG and hydrogen technologies has reshaped the industry’s approach to reducing carbon emissions, putting her at the forefront of the energy transition.

Delvina’s love for engineering solutions led her to manage $250MM in drilling and

completions operations in the energy sector. She led engineering teams to deliver groundbreaking results, such as designing and executing an 18,544-foot lateral well - three times longer than the industry standard at the time. Through her innovative approach, she consistently has advanced the industry's technological capabilities.

Delvina Uka holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude, and completed the Energy Executive Management Program at Oklahoma State University

William Graves is the Senior Director of Origination at BrightNight, where he helps corporations and utilities secure long-term renewable energy solutions to power their operations. With over a decade of experience in the energy industry, he has deep expertise in origination, financial modeling, project development, and the construction of renewable power plants.

Before joining BrightNight, William served as Director of Origination at Sol Systems, where he led a team focused on structuring long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) for distributed solar and energy storage projects.

His expertise supports the transition to sustainable, reliable energy solutions for businesses and utilities.

Stuart leads the support of client technical needs and assists the Stream design, engineering and construction team with overall site layout and design. With 20+ years of mission-critical mechanical systems experience, Lawrence is instrumental in ensuring Stream’s customers can enjoy the highest standard of service excellence and data center solutions. Lawrence collaborates closely with Stream’s customers, developing the next generation of highly effective, sustainable colocation data centers and helping customers secure the flexibility and agility they need to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving environment.

Stuart is a sales and engineering expert that has spent decades working across various forms of mission-critical infrastructure. Prior to joining Stream, he served as an executive at Schneider Electric and a sales director at Aligned Energy. Having lived and worked in London, New York City, and most recently Austin, TX, he has participated in projects in several locations around the world, including the United States, UK, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, and Brazil. This global mindset and wealth of knowledge allows him to collaboratively problem-solve and help both Stream and its customers overcome complex IT challenges.

Stuart holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.

Jake is the Co-Founder of Power and Data Management, LLC (PDM), a development firm that advises clients in building massively modular mission critical projects, and supplies electrical infrastructure including transformers, switchgear, containerized data centers and Battery Energy Storage Systems. PDM’s modular designs support flexible power densities to power standard and HPC systems yet delivers high operating efficiency. He is also the Founder of DC BLOX and Co-Founder of GIGA Data Centers, providers of multi-tenant colocation data centers and network services.

Prior to these ventures, he was Chief Marketing Officer for GE Energy Management ($8B revenue) where he led the development of global strategy and commercialization initiatives, and guided the development of markets and new technology areas such as creating GE’s Critical Power business. In GE Critical Power, he led the business to engage hyperscale-cloud companies with a complete portfolio of electrical equipment, including UPS, switchgear, and containerized critical power systems with automated controls.

Previously, he spent over nine years managing portfolio companies for private equity investors of electrical & electronic manufacturing businesses including Milestek, Pasternack Enterprises, and Magnequench, and saw them successfully brought to sale. He has also held executive leadership roles with Emerson Electric, in which he led Product Management for the Emerson Network Power division (now Vertiv).

Jake received a Bachelor degree in Math and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Atlanta, GA.

Michael has spent 17+ years in the data center industry in various roles centering around data and power infrastructure. Michael has experience working with various entities within the data center industry, from design to project completion, both physically inside and outside the data center space. From the smallest piece of data infrastructure on the data center floor, to large diesel critical power generation, Michael has experience with a wide range of data center infrastructure solutions. Growing up and living in the Chicago southwest suburbs, Michael has been with Rehlko (formerly Kohler Power) since 2021 working on Large Diesel Generator solutions in the mission critical space. With any free time, Michael coaches two little league baseball teams, spends time with family, and pretends to know how to golf.

Geoff is responsible for the leadership of the sales, marketing, and strategy at Life Cycle Power. He is a tenured Professional Engineer with 20 years’ experience in designing power generation equipment and projects across 70 countries and has a deep understanding of the commercials and challenges facing the market. As the SVP of commercial strategies, he has brought strong leadership to the team and allowed Life Cycle power to be a trusted partner to many of our clients.
