WHY THIS IS A CAN'T MISS EVENT

Why now?

In London, there are around 8,500 co-living homes up and operating, but Savills has identified a target audience of potentially 680,000 occupiers. Whether you're funding, developing or operating co-living, these sessions offer a practical look at where the market is heading and what it takes to deliver a successful scheme. Hear directly from the companies behind some of the UK's standout co-living projects on what they've learned along the way and what they wish they knew sooner.

What You'll Learn:

  • Why capital is shifting into UK co-living development and which funding structures, from forward funding to joint ventures, are gaining traction

  • What investors and funders need to see before committing to a co-living scheme, and how the debt market is evolving for the sector

  • Where developers are looking to build in London and beyond as demand grows through retrofit and new build projects

  • The delivery and construction methods helping developers control costs, navigate planning and keep schemes on programme

  • How design and placemaking are evolving to create co-living spaces that build community and boost resident retention

  • What operational schemes are teaching the industry, and how those lessons are shaping the design and delivery of the next generation of co-living

How You’ll Do More Business

Co-living has moved beyond its early years, and the conversation has turned to delivery. Connect with the investors, developers and owner/operators funding, designing, and building the UK's co-living pipeline, and discover how deals are being structured as capital flows into new schemes. Come for the insight, then stay for a morning of networking with the decision makers driving UK co-living forward.

Who You'll Meet: Owners, developers, investors, architects, construction, designers, brokers, lawyers, financial institutions.

Previous Attending Companies: Dominus, True North Management, Savills, Blue Coast Capital, Utopi, Node, HUB, CBRE, Watkin Jones Group PLC, Ballymore and more
