Ms. Trish Geery Barrigan is a Senior Partner at Benson Elliot Capital Management since 10 July, 2006. Ms. Barrigan co-founded Benson Elliot and currently co-heads all investment and asset management activity. She has a global perspective to Benson Elliot Capital Management. Prior to Benson Elliot, Ms. Barrigan spent two years at Dubai Investment Group as a Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Real Estate Investments. In this role, she had responsibility for defining and implementing Dubai Investment Group's global real estate strategy. Ms. Barrigan established a European presence for them through the launch of a London office as well as actively sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments, and establishing operating partner relationships in Europe and the United States. She spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs primarily in real estate principal investing and portfolio management for the Whitehall Funds; latterly as the Head of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management for the GS Core. Ms. Barrigan began her career in the real estate department of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in 1994. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Founder of Women in Real Estate (London). She has 20 years of industry experience and has worked in Europe, the United States and the Middle East during her real estate career. Ms. Barrigan has transacted in multiple countries in Europe and is a fluent French speaker. Ms. Barrigan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Boston College.

Lesley Males is the Head of Research at Datscha UK, a Swedish proptech company. Lesley joined Datscha in 2017 and is responsible for reporting on trends and insights in the commercial UK property market, particularly within the commercial investment sector. She has over 15 years’ experience working in the property sector. Before joining Datscha, she was the Associate Director for UK Retail Research at CBRE. Prior to this she worked for Tesco within the Site Research department in the Property division managing competitor insight and strategy.

Howard Meaney

Mr. Howard Meaney serves as Portfolio Manager and Head of Global Real Estate - UK at UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Limited. Mr. Meaney served as the Head of Property Investments at Liverpool Victoria Asset Management Limited and served as its Portfolio Manager since September 2007. He served as Head of Property Investments. He joined Liverpool Victoria in September 2007 and was responsible for coordinating the activities across the various portfolios under management, sourcing new investment opportunities, managing funds, and devising investment strategies. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, Mr. Meaney was employed at Legal & General Investment Management He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Meaney holds a Polytechnic Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation from Bristol Polytechnic.

James Seppala is the Chairman of Blackstone Europe and the Head of Real Estate Europe.

Based in London, he joined Blackstone in 2011.

Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Seppala was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co, where he

spent 10 years focused on equity and debt investment opportunities in Europe and the

United States on behalf of Goldman Sachs’s real estate private equity group.

Mr. Seppala graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in 2001. Mr. Seppala

currently serves as Chairman of BEPIF. He also serves on the Imperial College Council, the

Imperial College Endowment Board, the advisory board of the Academy of Real Assets, is a

governor of the John Lyon's Foundation, and serves on the European Advisory Board of the

Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School.

Ms. Aznar is the Head of Debt Investments & Special Situations team at LaSalle Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle’s market leading European debt platform. She is responsible for LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies II & III (£1.5bn in committed capital), LaSalle Residential Finance I - III (£1.3 bn in committed capital), LaSalle Whole Loan Strategies (€600m committed capital) and LaSalle UK Special Situations Fund and is on LaSalle’s European and UK Management Boards and chairs LaSalle's European Diversity Board.

Amy re-joined LaSalle in 2008 and has spent more than 16 years at LaSalle/JLL. Ms. Aznar has a 20+ year track record of working in real estate principal investment, advisory and investment banking. Ms. Aznar has raised over €4.5bn of capital commitments across the debt and special situations platform and completed over €3.2bn of debt and structured equity investments in 74 transactions since 2010. Her real estate debt investments include over €1.2bn in mezzanine loans and €2.0bn in whole loans, including c. €1.0bn in development lending.

Prior to joining LaSalle, Ms. Aznar was a Managing Director of Global Principal Investments at Merrill Lynch in London, where she was responsible for transactions across Europe, including the acquisition of a €13bn portfolio of non-performing loans and a loan servicing company from Banca Intesa in Italy and the acquisition of a €1.4bn non-performing loan portfolio from Dresdner Bank in Germany.

Ms. Aznar has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSE in Engineering from Princeton University
