Jodi Selvey specializes in Office Tenant Representation. She works with her clients to provide strategic planning and solutions to their real estate needs. Ms. Selvey offers over 28 years of comprehensive real estate experience which includes leasing a number of corporate headquarters locations, office building sales, site selection, restructuring of leases and providing detailed nancial analysis. Bill Halter joined COOPER CARRY in 2010 as Director in the Office Workplace Studio and was named Principal

300,000 SF Riverwood 200, the 585,000 SF Park Center (State Farm) One, the 240,000 SF Intergraph

Headquarters, the 275,000 SF Mylan Pharmaceutical Headquarters and the Georgia Multi-Modal

Passenger Terminal. Bill’s designs have received accolades from the American Institute of Architects and

have been featured in publications such as Architectural Record. He has also been a key speaker at

several conferences, including the 2011 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Infrastructure Conference in Atlanta,

Georgia. He spent four-and-a-half years in China speaking on the virtues of a well-planned infrastructure

in the form of exhibition centers and transit to manage urban transformation. Bill is a member of the

American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB),

and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED). Bill is a member

Thad, who leads Cousins’ Atlanta, Dallas, and Raleigh office portfolios,

has more than 30 years of real estate expertise including development,

Thad began his real estate career in 1984. He joined Peterson Properties

in 1986 and was a senior executive at Carr America through its 1996

acquisition of Peterson Properties. Thad was the Managing Director for

CarrAmerica’s Atlanta and Florida offices. At CarrAmerica, Thad was

directly involved with the acquisition, disposition and/or development of

the office product and was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Cousins in 2006, Thad was the Managing Director of GVA

Brandon Houston is a Principal with Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta office, where his responsibilities include sourcing and executing new office development and investment opportunities. With over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Brandon has negotiated over 2 million square feet of commercial leases and has been involved in development projects valued at over $900 million. He specializes in market analysis, project branding, financial analysis, lease negotiation, design team oversight and construction management.

Brandon previously served as a Principal in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. Prior to Trammell Crow Company, Brandon served as a Vice President with JP Morgan, focusing on commercial investment strategies for high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining JP Morgan, Brandon was a Director of Development with Midway Companies in Houston, overseeing site selection and development for over 1 million square feet of office and industrial projects in the Houston area.

Brandon has an MBA from Rice University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Brandon currently serves on the NAIOP State and Local Subcommittee and is a past director for the NAIOP Houston Chapter. Brandon is a board member for the Jones Graduate School Alumni Association at Rice University and he is an adjunct Professor in the Graduate Real Estate Program at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.

Mark Vollbrecht joined Zeller Realty Group in 1996. As Principal, Vollbrecht engages in property acquisition, leasing and project management. He relocated to Indianapolis in 2001 to direct Zeller Realty Group’s leasing, management and acquisition activities as the Indianapolis Market Leader.

Vollbrecht leads the acquisition, financing, operation and disposition of approximately 2,000,000 SF of office properties in the Indianapolis/Carmel MSA. Prior to his current position, Vollbrecht was Senior Vice President at Zeller Realty Group, where he worked in the acquisition, operation and leasing of 211 East Ontario in Chicago.

Prior to joining ZRG, Vollbrecht was Vice President and top producing broker with Miglin-Beitler, Inc. Vollbrecht represented landlords in over 2.5 million SF of leasing transactions during his tenure. In addition, he has completed over 400,000 SF of tenant representation services to major law firms and foreign banks in Chicago. Previously, Vollbrecht was a Property Manager and Leasing Agent for a multi-property office building portfolio of 1 million SF in Chicago’s CBD.

Vollbrecht is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana, where he earned a BA in Economics with honors programs in Math and English. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Realtor Association. Vollbrecht serves on the Board of Directors for BOMA Indianapolis as Chairman of the Legislative Committee, is a Trustee for the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre and President of Carrington Woods HOA. He has been a guest speaker for ULI, ICBR and CCIM organizations in Indianapolis. While in Chicago he served as Chairman of the Associate Board of the Mid-Day Club, on JUF’s Annual Dinner Committee, was a member of CREO and the International Bankers of Chicago, and a Youth Sponsor for his church.

As Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Office Development, Ahrenkiel is

responsible for activating office developments on many of Selig’s prime land holdings

across Atlanta. Chris came to Selig in 2018, after 11 years with Tishman Speyer, where

he was the Atlanta Managing Director, overseeing the firm’s activities in the region.

Most recently, he was responsible for the development, leasing and sale of Three

Alliance Center, a +500,000 SF trophy office development which set an Atlanta pricing

record, trading for $534/SF. Prior to that, Chris led the leasing for Two Alliance, Colony

Square, Midtown Plaza, Interstate North and Palisades. Chris started his commercial

real estate career at Trizec Properties.

Ahrenkiel is very involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of

InvestAtlanta, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Commercial

Board of Realtors. In 2017, Ahrenkiel graduated Leadership Atlanta and remains actively

involved. In 2015, he was named as one of Atlanta’s 40 under 40 by the Atlanta

Business Chronicle, and is consistently recognized by the publication as a Who’s Who in

Commercial Real Estate as well as a Top Producer.

Previously, Chris served on the Board of REGA (Real Estate Group of Atlanta), Georgia

Institute of Real Estate, Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni Board and was a co-

founder of NAIOP Future Leaders (NFL).

Chris graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia (1998) and with an M.B.A.

with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University (2003).

When not working or volunteering, Chris enjoys spending time with his two sons, Byrne

and Porter.

Scott Moore joined Humphries and Company in 1985.  For the first 25 years of Scott’s career he project

managed over 800 projects in more than 125 buildings in the greater Atlanta area.  Scott has since

transitioned into the business development side of the company where he is involved in both

developing new clients and retaining existing clients.  Scott also serves as the Principle-in- Charge on

many of the company’s largest projects.  Under Scott’s leadership, Humphries has grown to become the

largest interior general contractor in Atlanta.  Scott is a graduate of Georgia State University where he

earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.  Scott spends his free time exercising and traveling with

his wife and two kids.
