LaSalle Investment Management, a Chicago-based subsidiary of JLL, acquired 16M, a 10-story mixed-use property in LoDo for an unspecified price. Located at the intersection of 16th and Market streets, the property includes 36 apartments, plus ground-level restaurant space and five stories of office space. Tenants include Morgan Stanley, D.A. Davidson, Panera Bread Co. and Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, according to the Denver Business Journal. 16M is the third property LaSalle has purchased in LoDo; in 2013, it acquired the Millennium Financial Center and Writer Square.
