FlexHQ and developer Ware Malcomb have teamed up to complete a 75K SF flexible co-warehousing space that is expected to open in Denver this summer.

Co-warehousing is coworking space that combines office and warehouse facilities for rent by small businesses.

FlexHQ debuted its first co-warehouse space in Los Angeles in 2022. The Denver warehouse will include 21 private offices, individual warehouse spaces that range from 300 SF to 3K SF, and a range of amenities that include electric car chargers and high-speed internet.

"Scalable workspaces and sustainability go hand in hand," Laurent Opman, CEO at FlexHQ, said in a press release. "We aim to set a new standard for the co-warehousing industry by demonstrating that repurposing existing structures is not only good for the environment, but it's also a viable solution for meeting the evolving needs of modern businesses."
