Congress Park Apartments Fetch $18.8M In Local Sale

A 78-unit multifamily property at 1300 and 1325 Garfield St. has been sold by the Miranda Family for almost $19M to local investor Elterra Investments.

The 51.7K SF property is called Garfield Park and is located less than a block from National Jewish Health. It was 93% leased at the time of the sale, and Elterra Investments plans to renovate all of the units.
CBRE represented Elterra Investments in the sale. Elterra paid $18.875M for the site.
Last year, Bisnow reported that Congress Park was one of Denver's most expensive neighborhoods for renters.
