The Dallas "smart city" initiative has an official leader. Jennifer Sanders was appointed the first executive director of the Dallas Innovation Alliance. Jennifer, who co-founded the organization, has 12 years of experience in the technology industry, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
It's a tech program that real estate wants to watch—the initiative will help with traffic flow and energy conservation, particularly important with the DFW Metroplex growing so quickly.
