Architects Honored At Design Awards

AIA Dallas honored those who help make Dallas not only more functional, but beautiful as well. Willis Winters accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award was the culmination of the evening. Master of ceremonies AIA Dallas executive director Jan Blackman listed Willis' long string of accomplishments, so many they joked he had lived several lives.
The event honored many individuals and firms, including Gensler, which worked on the new Hilti office space. Jason Roberts was the guest of honor, giving a funny and heartfelt speech about his Better Block Foundation.
