Seattle-based coworking concept The Riveter is coming to Dallas after inking a lease to occupy 9K SF at 3333 Wellborn near the Uptown area, JLL said.

With the addition of The Riveter and energy firm Source Energy, which agreed to lease about 10K SF inside the same building, the property is now 100% occupied, JLL said.

The Riveter is a coworking concept founded by women and geared toward the advancement of women and all working professionals.

The co-ed space is open to all remote workers and satellite offices, including those looking for both full-time and part-time space.

The Seattle firm’s expansion into the Dallas coworking market comes about five months after it secured $15M in Series A funding to fuel growth.

The Riveter already opened a location in Austin and plans to open in Denver, Dallas, Portland and Minneapolis-St. Paul by midyear. With these new additions, the company will offer 11 spaces in eight cities.

JLL’s Adam Hammack and Blake Shipley handled both of the new Wellborn leases for owner Abby Development.
