And So It Begins: Old TI Campus Redevelopment Gets First Tenants

Regent Properties’ massive overhaul of the old TI campus, Legacy Central, just got its first tenants. IT companies Roland Technology Group and The 20 MSP have inked a combined 23K SF lease in the redevelopment’s first phase. Regent put over $100M into Phase 1 of Legacy Central, putting pedal-to-the-metal on the amenity arms race with WiFi courtyards, a fitness center with a rock-climbing wall, a full-sized pool, a full-sized basketball court and a 400-seat food hall with on-demand, app-based ordering. Legacy Central is one of the buzziest office projects underway in DFW.

“Dynamic companies are looking for modern amenities to support their organization's growth and a creative environment where their employees love to work, so we transformed the TI Campus with that objective in mind. We want forward-thinking companies like Roland Technology Group / The 20 MSP on the campus, and we are excited they will kick off Legacy Central and can call it their new home,” Regent Properties Director Amy Castellanos said in a statement.

Roland and The 20 MSP will move into LC-North, a 200K SF, Class-A building on the Legacy Central campus. Transwestern’s Nathan Durham represented Regent Properties. NAI Robert Lynn’s Kent Smith and Leslie Wood represented the tenants.

Phase 2 is set to finish in early 2019 and the rest of the campus will deliver in December 2019.
