Rambler Park First to LEED Platinum EBOM

Rambler Park (7557 Rambler Rd in Dallas) is the first North Texas office building to earn the first LEED Platinum EBOM certification. Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings expects more Dallas office buildings to follow. We snapped the official US Green Building Council ceremony with USGBC COO Mahesh Ramanujam, Parmenter managing director of facilities and sustainability Steve Harrison, and managing principal Steve Bronner, Mayor Rawlings, and Parmenter southwest asset manager Josh Hedderich.

The mayor says Dallas is full of LEED Gold buildings, but he hopes Parmenter’s efforts set the example for other owners and new developers to step up. For those keeping track for their fantasy building leagues: Rambler Park earned a LEED score of 83 and has an Energy Star score of 93.
