Brokers Catch March Madness

Playing off the Sweet 16, Hall Office Park showed off its 16th building at the park in 16 years. (It may be 16 years since we got a new TV to watch the games.) Hall Office Park leasing team Tammy Nellis, Kim Butler, and Brad Gibson invited brokers to stop by to check out the new digs at 3001 Dallas Pkwy, shoot some hoops, and take home a bottle of Hall Wine to watch the games. JLL’s Jeremy McGown won two mid-court tickets to the big game tonight at JerryWorld. Kim tells us the eight-story, 200k SF spec property is still looking for its first tenant.

NGKF's Kyle Jett (right, striking a pose with Billingsley SVP Marijke Lantz) beat out CBRE's Harlan Davis by one point in the Billingsley broker bracket. Kyle was at the games on Saturday after overtaking Harlan, whom we admire greatly for having faith in Baylor. (Sorry, Harlan, they let us down, too. Please pause for a moment of silence.) We hear it was a traffic jam at the top with nearly half the field in contention coming into the Sweet Sixteen. Kyle also gets to wear this sweet belt for the next year to help him land some deals.
