Developed by Conor Commercial Real Estate and marketed by Stream Realty Partners, the site will eventually offer two buildings with build-to-suit offices and divisible industrial space. One facility is slated to be more than 60K SF and the other likely will top 135K SF of industrial space.

“We are excited to transform another underutilized land parcel into a high-functioning industrial property,” Conor President of Industrial John Dobrott said in a statement. “Skyline Commerce Center’s excellent transportation access coupled with its proximity to a deep consumer base and labor force make it optimal for a variety of users, including last mile and e-commerce providers.”

The new development will enjoy access to not only I-30, but also U.S. Highway 80 and I-635.

Stream's Matt Dornak, Drew Feagin and Adam Jones will oversee leasing and marketing efforts going forward.
