Liberty Property Trust Kicks Off Construction On New Industrial Park

Liberty Property Trust kicked off construction at its new 44-acre industrial park, Liberty Park GSW North in Irving, with two buildings totaling 537k SF.

951 Valleyview Lane is 341k SF with a 32’ clear height, which can accommodate over 380 parking spaces and a 185’ truck court. 5340 FAA Blvd is 195k SF with a 28’ clear height and the capacity for over 270 parking spaces and a 130’ truck court. The new buildings are slated for completion in Q2.

A third building will be added at a later date along Frye Road and consist of 182k SF. Upon completion, the park will offer three Class-A industrial buildings totaling 720k SF.

The architect is GSR Andrade, the general contractor is Jordan Foster Construction, and the civil engineer is Halff Associates.
