Starwood Will Build A New Dallas Hotel

Starwood Hotels & Resorts will expand its portfolio of Element Hotels in Texas with an adaptive reuse project in Dallas. Set to open in July 2018, Element Dallas East is one of six new Element hotels opening in Texas in the next three years.

Starwood Hotels and Atlantic Hotels Group will repurpose a seven-story medical office building just across from Baylor University Medical Center.

The new hotel will feature 151 rooms with natural light and modern design. Amenities include bicycles for loan, a 24/7 fitness center and a pool.
