Skybox Datacenters broke ground on Skybox Legacy, a 21-acre, purpose-built data center campus in Plano’s Legacy submarket. The first phase of the spec space will be 150k SF when it's ready for customers in November.

Stream Realty Partners was named to market Progress Park, a 3,300-acre master planned business park in Sherman. Stream Realty’s Bob Hagewood and Cannon Green will partner with Sherman Economic Development Corp to market the park.

Oldham Goodwin opened a new office in San Antonio. This marks the second office expansion in the company’s history. Market manager & VP of Brokerage Services Steve Monroe will lead the firm’s brokerage efforts in San Antonio.
