Cyxtera Technologies expanded its lease in Far North Dallas by 31K SF to house its rapidly expanding business.

Cyxtera acquired the original space at Addison Circle One, a 289K SF Class-A office building in Addison, through the acquisition of Brainspace, an investigative analytics company in May. The new lease totals over 45K SF. Cyxtera operates two data centers in Dallas and has 57 facilities worldwide.

“Dallas is an important market and center of operations for us,” Cyxtera President of Data Center Services Randy Rowland said in a statement. “This new space will support a world-class Executive Briefing Center and accommodate our expanding Texas workforce.”

CBRE’s Baron Aldrine, Mike Kay and Campbell Puckett represented Cyxtera. Cushman & Wakefield’s Trey Smith and Chris Taylor represented Franklin Street Properties Corp., the owner of Addison Circle One.
