Developer JacksonShaw is out to construct a new four-building industrial park on 38 acres in Richardson. JacksonShaw is seeking zoning for buildings ranging from 92K SF to 140K SF, according to the Dallas Morning News.
"Each of the buildings will be designed to accommodate multiple tenants," Richardson city planners said in the zoning filing. "The developer's vision is to build the premier urban industrial business park in the Richardson/Northeast Dallas market. It will create an environment specifically designed to attract and retain established businesses and new entrepreneurial ventures from throughout the region."
