The Dallas Farmers Market is planting seeds in the coworking space.

The district, which offers an array of produce from local farmers, will soon become home to a 23K SF coworking site from workplace solutions provider Industrious.

This will be Industrious' third location in Dallas-Fort Worth with spaces already operating in the Dallas Arts District and Plano.

Located at 910 South Pearl Expressway in Dallas, the site will offer shared and private workspaces with plans to open in the first quarter of 2021.

Members of Industrious Dallas Farmers Market will enjoy access to shopping and dining options at The Market food hall and The Shed.

“The Dallas Farmers Market was not created overnight. Our history is intertwined with the growth and change the city of Dallas has experienced,” Spectrum Properties Ltd CEO and President Brian Bergersen said in a press statement.

“We have come a long way from our humble roots. But now, as the market enters a new era, it’s time to show what is next. The partnership with Industrious encourages job creation and community, as well as boosting support for small businesses. We are proud to offer a place where Dallasites can live, work, and play while maintaining their connection to their community.”
