| On Wednesday, we trekked out to Eastpoint at 5015 Catron Dr in Dallas to see Tig Real Estate Services assistant VP Ryan Wolcott and caught him showcasing space in a nearby warehouse to David Little Real Estate's Larry Eubanks. Tig hosted a broker luncheon to attract attention to the Class-A industrial space in East Dallas, where Tig has up to 81k SF of contiguous space available for lease. Ryan says the space can accommodate a distribution or even a heavy manufacturing user. In the 100-degree temps, it also made for a great sauna without the A/C on. | |

| We also met Colliers International associate Clayton Thomas, with Stream Realty senior associate Seth Koschak. Clayton caught a ride in the Bisnow mobile news unit (AKA our DFW reporter?s ?05 minivan) when he had a flat tire. He did return to the scene of the crime and changed the tire in the 106-degree heat while wearing a tie. |
