We caught up with J.E. Robert Companies senior asset manager Mark Horinbein and Stream Realty's Sarah Payne (out of the 1,000 attendees). Sarah served on the Fight Night committee with her boss and event chairman Lee Belland. The event proceeds go to the TREC Foundation, benefitting local charities. “What a great opportunity to raise money for worthy causes throughout the city,” Sarah tells us, though she also “got a lead on a 200k  RSF deal after dessert. I can't go into the details though.”

Cliff tells us the Westmount Foundation will host its inaugural Teams for Children event this Saturday at Greenhill School in Addison. The event involves DFW's top commercial real estate companies battling head-to-head in sporting events while raising funds for children's charities including Court Appointed Special Advocates in Collin County, Dignitas International, Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and Greenhill School. Next year's Fight Night will be chaired by three people making it a family affair: Crow Holdings' Will Mundinger III, his dad, Archon's Will Mundinger Jr. and his sister, HFF's Elizabeth Mundinger Malone. Will was married this past weekend, making it a busy social calendar for the Mundinger family. Since it started, Fight Night has raised more than $18M , making it one of DFW's largest philanthropic events, supporting charitable works of the TREC.

Looking like they each have a little Captain (Morgan, that is) in them, we snapped Odyssey One Source prez Carl Kleimann and Vans-wearing Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr's Michael Krywucki. Carl says Odyssey recently acquired nSYTE Coeus Group, which adds more HR functions such as recruiting, employee training and development, performance management and more to the outsourcing company's range of services. Among some of Odyssey's clients: the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, 1st Choice Management Group, Bradford Companies and Capstar.
