The news was so good from our friends and sponsors at Dallas BOMA, we had to spread it to a second day. BOMA recently held its local The Outstanding Building of the Year awards (TOBY) competition at the Westin Galleria. The 481k SF, 14-story Hunt Corporate HQ won the Corporate Facility category. Located at 1900 N Akard St, it's owned and managed by Hunt Oil. The winning properties were judged on community impact, tenant/employee relations programs, energy management systems, and much more. The Tower at Cityplace, Hunt Corporate HQ, and seven other recognized properties now move on to the Southwest Regional Awards competition in April at the Marriott Legacy Town Center in Plano.
