| Buyers on the sideline during '08 and much of '09 are finally coming back, Cushman & Wakefield multifamily specialist Lamont Rattler tells us. The evidence? The sale of the 230-unit Class B Park Timbers multifamily property at 1902 S. Business 121 in Lewisville (for an undisclosed price) to Scottsdale-based MC Cos. “We had more than 150 registered buyers and more than a dozen offers, with the majority qualified, experienced investors,†Lamont says. Working with Lamont to rep seller American Equity Partners were Stephannie Mower, Mart Martindale, and David Ellis. MC owns and manages several multifamily properties in the DFW area. |
