MAKE LIKE A TREE, AND TRIM BAD DEBT
The holidays are happy for Fuller Group Realty Advisors; to put it poetically: business booms because banks buckle. For four years, FGTA has been examining due diligence on billions worth of commercial real estate debt to advise purchasers.

Twin  brothers and principals Clint and Curt Fuller scour CRE loans packaged for sale. As banks fail, they help clients buy those loans at a discount, Curt says. Currently, the firm is working for a debt purchaser examining loans on high rises, warehouses, residential lot development, and retail centers. Healthy banks can buy these loans cheap and then service them. While work tops his activity list, Curt says deer hunting and NASCAR are good diversions. It's seasonal, but his strong form here suggests tree decorating can join that list.
