LET’S GET READY TO RUMBLE
Stream?s Chris Jackson, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr?s Kitty Henry and Hines? Ran Holman
We pulled our cocktail dress out of the mothballs and joined the masses of black ties and tuxedos at The Real Estate Council?s 23rd annual FightNight Thursday at the Hilton Anatole. With the gloves off, we found Stream?s Chris Jackson, Munsch Hardt's Kitty Henry, and Hines? Ran Holman. We've added Ran to our list of cool names (up there with Beck?s South Cole and Kurz Group's Terri Goodenough). He tells us it's a family name that goes back five generations, originally as Rance, but shortened to Ran. Now, he's passed the name Rance down to his own son.
Peter Graf, Vicki Summerall, David Shuttee, MaryBeth Shapiro and Jeff Montgomery
We ran into the folks from Republic Title and snapped P eter Graf,Vicki SummerallDavid ShutteeMaryBeth Shapiro, and newest hire, Jeff Montgomery. MaryBeth says the addition of Jeff is a TKO for Republic. As biz dev VP, Jeff came from Lincoln Property Co and is a graduate of TREC ALC program, a native Texan and proud Longhorn (but, we won't hold that against him).

Tim Terrell, Jamie Jennings and Lee Belland
We found the guys from Stream Realty, Tim TerrellJamie Jennings, and Lee Belland (who was the 2010 FightNight chairman). The brokerage, we learned, was picked as the leasing agent for the almost 100k SF  Hunter's Glen shopping center, as well as Suncreek Village in Plano.

Michael Krywucki, Jack Matthews and Brandon Bolin
At the sponsor wall (near a DJ spinning PitbullKe$ha, and Lady GaGa), we snapped Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr?s  Michael Krywucki(again rocking the uber-cool Vans footwear), Matthews Southwest?s Jack Matthews, and Ground Floor Development's Brandon Bolin. We suspect Michael of taking copious notes on a hidden smartphone, since he's the FightNight 2012 chairman. As for Jack, his Omni Dallas Hotel development recently earned a Vision Award from the American Subcontractors Association. Sharing in the award are designer and architects 5G Studios and BOKA Powell, and construction manager Balfour Beatty Construction with JV partners HJ Russell and Pegasus Texas.

Sarah Hicks, David Shuttee, Ron Holmes, Joni Margotta, Ashley Maines and Brenda Hesse.

As one of FightNight?s media sponsors, Bisnow likes hanging with the beautiful people. Here we are with our own great sponsors and speakers including Holmes Firm's Sarah Hicks, Republic Title?s David Shuttee (so good at working a room that he made it into two pictures), Holmes Firm's Ron HolmesBisnow DFW development diva Joni Margotta, ServCorps? Ashley Maines, and Atrium Executive Business Centers? Brenda Hesse.
