| Vacated by its sole tenant—the FDIC—Pacific Place at 1910 Pacific Avenue in the CBD was recently acquired by Boxer Property, leasing rep Alanna Vlad Vinson tells us, adding, look for some bargain basement lease prices: “This is an amazing opportunity for large tenants, as we are offering full floors for $7.99/RSF as-is, plus building signage and naming opportunities.†She says the Class A building has sky bridge access to restaurants, a fitness center, DART stations, and covered parking via the Elm Street Garage. We'd open the floor for naming suggestions, but worry that might be better suited for Bisnow After Dark. |
